Following the latest guidance issued by the Government/DCMS/ & ECB i'm writing to inform you of the ABCC reopening plans under the Step 2 restrictions imposed from the 12th April.
Spectators will be allowed to watch all matches (Junior & Senior) - This must follow the outdoor guidance on hospitality and wider social gathering limits (2 households or rule of 6) and we request that you abide by these rules.
All spectators will need to register their attendance via the Wix App or the visitors book that will be available for signing at the front of the bar queue
Toilets will be signposted and facecoverings must be worn.

Outdoor Hospitality is allowed based on the wider social gathering limits (2 households or rule of 6), however the serving of alcohol is on a table service basis only. Unfortunately due to the set up of our club this is neither practical or financially viable so we have taken the decision that no alcohol will be served until further releasing of Covid restrictions. At the present time we anticipate that to be from Week Commencing Mon 17th May
We will be serving soft drinks and hot drinks from behind the bar for Junior training on Thursday and Friday evenings. A queueing system will be set up to ensure adequate social distancing and facecoverings will need to be worn.
I understand that some of you may find the no sale of alcohol frustrating, however we must stick to Government guidance and we have everything crossed that restrictions continue to be eased alongside the Governments plan and we continue along the path of a return to normality. Lets all hope for some nice weather and we can all start to enjoy the sport we love after such a tough last 12 months. Thanks, Brindy
