General update and dates for the diary

Hoping that everyone is enjoying the bank holiday weekend and a reminder that on Sunday we have the men’s team at Bromsgrove in 100 ball competition and Women’s 2nd team are at the bank playing a key table topping game v OEs 1pm start.

Friday night junior training continues for a few more weeks and our awards nights on Friday 13th Sept (all teams inc bambino and mini bankers to attend and celebrate the season).

Next Saturday (31st) we say Bon Voyage to Spencer and Ella so Australia & New Zealand theme (prize for most outlandish shirt & plenty of games on the night).

As the season comes to a close we start to hire out the club for more events and we are looking for staff during the winter months to cover the bar. These are paid rolls and ideally for anyone over 18 with a pleasant attitude and willingness to work hard. (Please contact Martin Ward for further details)

Finally we need volunteers to step up and help with our famous bonfire night on Saturday 2nd November so meetings being held on Friday 30th and 6th after junior training. Please step up and help as the event contributes significant funds to help the club deliver excellent training (and helps keep fees down).
